The Tona Collection
Works shaped by water, clay, movement, fertility, soft erosion, and return.
The Tona Collection follows water as one of the first languages of the land. River, rain, wet clay, stone, and flow become a field for works that move through softness, pressure, shaping, and renewal.
Tona draws from the Indigenous linguistic root preserved in the Trinidad place name Tunapuna, where tona is recorded as meaning water or river. Within Studio Nadi Sangama, the name honors water as origin, movement, and memory.
